- Has 32 years of active experience in architecture and 26 years in planning- He has been involved in the formulation and preparation of physical framework plans for municipalities and university campuses, the site planning of private housing and resort projects, and has undertaken health facility planning for various private hospitals in the Philippines. He has served as Team Leader for such projects as the Town Plan of Tagum,Davao ; Town Plan of Maco, of Davao; Master Campus Development Plan of Aurora State College of Technology in Baler, Aurora; Master Site Development Plan of the SOS Children’s Village and Kindergarten School in Zarraga, Iloilo, and SOS Children’s Village and Mothers’ Training Center in Ayala, Alabang; He has rendered hospital and health facility planning and design services in such projects as expansion of the Quezon Memorial Hospital, Lucena City, Quezon; the DOH-UHNP NCR Regional Health Office and Training Center, Mandaluyong City; the Master Rehabilitation and Redevelopment Plan of the Cebu Velez General Hospital; and Construction Management Services for the new Neo-natal and Pediatric Intensive Care Units of the Philippine Children’s Medical Center, Quezon City.
