Seven years with government housing agencies NHMFC and PSSPO – Monitored World Bank-financed projects in Metro Manila, Region IV, Cebu and Davao. Managed the NHMFC’s Project Development Division that evaluated projects for development financing under the Socialized Housing Development Loan Program.
Private practice since 1995 – Has done residential subdivision plans for sites in Subic, Pozzorubio, Zamboanga, Cauayan and Catbalogan; Has prepared comprehensive feasibility studies for/ rendered consultancy services to real estate companies, developers, landowners, investors for their residential, commercial and institutional projects; Designed socialized housing model units, community and recreational facilities and private residences for sites in and outside Metro Manila
